HTML5 and CSS3
This project started during a Workshop at Namahn in Brussels. The idea was to create for graphic design students a directory of upcoming festivals, exhibitions, lectures, etc. A first navigation block lists the general themes: festivals, exhibitions, blogs and labs. A second navigation level allows the users to filter through metadata such as location or artistic activity. The different layers of superposed transparent rectangles visually exhibit these different levels of filtering. The navigation themes can be updated based on newly added content. The background gradients support the following idea: the most forthcoming activities are in the denser part of the gradient while later activities remain in the lighter zone of the gradient. This project was my first experience with programming with HTML5 and CSS3.
